Brain Health Research is
Changing Rapidly

Why Enroll in this Brain Health Class?

Because you want trusted information about the latest research on brain health and memory training?

Researchers have followed people over time, conducted randomized clinical trials, and tested multidomain lifestyle approaches to better understand how our health and experiences across life may influence brain health and cognitive aging.

International organizations including the Lancet Commission and the World Health Organization now identify a range of potentially modifiable factors relevant to dementia risk and brain health. The USC Brain Health and Memory Training Educational Classes brings this evolving research together in an accessible six-week course.

Throughout the program, we ask:  What does the evidence suggest? What are the latest recommendations to come out of the clinical trial research and multi-domain studies?
